    The questions we actually get

    Is it just another Christmas decoration?

    It is decor first, but it also scents the room and gives off a warm glow. One object doing the job of a village piece, a diffuser and a candle.

    How big is it?

    It is 240mm long, 138mm tall and 83mm wide at the front, or about 9.4 x 5.4 x 3.3 inches. A little shorter than a sheet of letter paper laid on its side.

    Does it really produce mist like the photos?

    Yes. Two outlets, ultrasonic, so the mist is cool and steady rather than hot steam.

    What oils can I use?

    Any water based essential oil. A few drops is plenty. Fir, cinnamon, orange clove and vanilla are the ones people reach for at Christmas.

    Is it safe around kids and pets?

    There is no flame and no heat. It shuts off on its own when the water runs out. Keep the oils themselves out of reach, same as any diffuser.

    Is it noisy?

    It is a low hum, quieter than a kettle, with 2 and 8 hour timers so you can leave it running overnight.

    Will it arrive before Christmas?

    We ship from the US within days.
